Survived by her husband, LeRoy of Cambridge; seven children – Jim and Loretta Sullivan of Oberlin, Kansas; Kaylon and Steve Hubbard of Elm Creek; John and Karla Sullivan of Colby, Kansas; Kerri and Randy Myers of Bertrand; Karen and Bill Koppinger of Unadilla; Tom and Anne Sullivan of Central City; and Carol and Kevin Brown of Oberlin, Kansas; 20 grandchildren; one step granddaughter; six great grandchildren and Katharine had been looking forward to the birth of their seventh great grandchild; her brother-in-law – Ivan Samuelson of Holdrege; and LeRoy's five brothers and sisters-in-law; and her many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister – Maxine Samuelson; and her twin brother – James Lawrence who died in infancy.
